RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Ways to Enter the Contest.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Nickelback Contest (the “Contest”), fully complete a Contest Entry Form with your email address and enter on the LoudTrax.com website (www.loudtrax.com), after 00:00 a.m. EST on March 1, 2012 but no later than March 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. EST on (the “Contest Closing Time”). All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified. You can obtain a Contest Entry Form on the above mentioned website. No limit per email address, phone number. The Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, and/or destroyed entries.
The Contest is open to legal residents Worldwide, who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
One (1) grand prize is to be awarded consisting of the following items:

Shipping charges to be paid by the sponsors, however winner will be responsible for any unforeseen custom or duties charges as per the laws of the winners’ territory which the Sponsors cannot control. Approx. retail value of each of the grand prizes is of $500.00 (the “Prize”). The grand prize winner must notify the Sponsors at no later than 72 hours after the email notification has been sent. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part for something of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the Prize is unavailable. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, except as identified above, will be made. The Prize may not be sold, transferred or assigned and is not convertible to cash.
4. The Draw
The winner of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing conducted by LoudTrax.com from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Time. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will take place on April 5, 2012 between 10:00 and 6:00 PM EST at one of the LoudTrax.com offices, location to be determined. The selected entrant will be notified by email. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must unaided correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question and, within 3 days from its receipt, complete and return to LoudTrax.com a contest eligibility and liability/publicity release confirming his or her compliance with the contest rules and regulations, releasing the Sponsors and their respective directors, officers and agents from all liability, and permitting the Sponsors to use the selected entrant’s name and image, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsors. In the event that an entrant is not eligible, is unable to answer the skill-testing question or cannot be contacted after three business days, the Sponsors shall have the right to redraw another entrant as the applicable winner of the Prize and the Sponsors shall be released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. Entrants, by entering this contest, agree to abide by these rules and regulations, and that the decisions of the Sponsors are final. All entry forms entered become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
5. The Sponsors.
For the purpose of these Contest Rules, The Sponsors shall mean EMI Music, Carolina Third Party Services and LoudTrax.com.
If for any reason the Internet entry portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsors as a result of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
7. Information Provided
The Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. The Sponsors also reserve the right to cancel this contest at any time because of any printing or other error, or if it suspects or finds evidence of tampering with any part of the Contest. The Sponsors shall not be liable for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. Subject to provincial laws, the Sponsors are not liable for injuries, death, damages or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the Prize. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
9. Announcement of Winner
The Winner will be notified by email and Prize winner’s name will be posted on the LoudTrax.com.
10. Subject to Applicable Laws
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
