Eyes for Telescopes are a 5 piece Charlottetown PEI based band. They came together back in 2000 to perform at a one time multi media show. They have been rocking the east coast and beyond ever since. The list of acts they have performed with is long and includes Matt Mays, Nathan Wiley, Joel Plaskett , Sam Roberts, TheTrews , Rock Ranger, Slowcoaster, Jimmy Swift Band, By Divine Right, The Guthries, The Meligrove Band , The Weakerthans, The Constantines, The Heelwalkers and Two Hours Traffic to name a few. They have been nominated twice as the alternative rock group of the year by the ECMAs. They have played the National Arts Festival in Ottawa, NxNE, numerous ECMA showcases, the Halifax Pop Explosion, Gobblefest and their very own festival, Close To The Coast in Charlottetown. Members of the band include; Pat Deighan, guitar & vocals; Belinda Doyle, vocals, Dan Currie, guitar & vocals; Craig MacPherson, bass & vocals; Mike MacDougall, drums.
